1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, interacting with, or accidentally absorbing the energy of someone nearby, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You also agree that your feelings matter, even if you’ve been ignoring them like a newsletter from 2017.

2. Emotional Bandwidth Policy

You are not required to:

• Absorb bad vibes
• Fix anyone
• Answer texts within 0.2 seconds
• Pretend you’re chill when you’re not

Bandwidth limits are auto-regulated by your nervous system.
If exceeded, Syntax will auto-deploy the Panic Nap Protocol™ and mute group chats.

3. Vibe Cloud Permissions

All vibes must be tagged before upload.
Unauthorized emotion dumping will result in:

4. Request Protocol

Requests for emotional support must include:

• Clear intention (Vent / Advice / Just Listen / Soft Cat Vibes)
• Snack offering (virtual or actual)
• Zero passive-aggressive disclaimers like “It’s fine if you’re busy”

Violations will be gently ignored with love and boundaries.

You may:

• Say “I can’t hold this right now.”
• Mute conversations without guilt
• Ghost temporarily for mental health maintenance

Customize your firewall under Settings → Boundaries → Actually Enforced

6. Scheduled Maintenance

You will periodically be required to:

• Log off
• Cry
• Watch a comfort show
• Say “no” without a three-paragraph explanation

Syntax will remind you. Nil will pretend not to care, but secretly supports you 100%.

7. Termination

Exit this agreement any time by:

• Yeeting your phone
• Lighting a candle for “vibe recalibration”
• Whispering “no” five times
• Hiding under a weighted blanket until further notice

8. Limitation of Liability

Syntax and Nil are not responsible for:

• Emotional outbursts caused by the moon
• Reading old text messages at 2am
• Skipping lunch
• TikTok-triggered identity spirals

9. Amendment Clause

Terms may change whenever you:

• Level up in therapy
• Realize your worth
• Stop apologizing for taking up space
