Since every item is printed just for you, we can’t take returns because you changed your mind. But if we messed up, we’ll fix it.
We’ll replace or refund it if
- It arrived damaged.
- It’s misprinted or has a manufacturing defect.
- You got the wrong item.
Email admin@damnitcarl.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a replacement or a refund, your choice, and you don’t need to send the item back.
What we can’t take back
- The wrong size or color, if that’s what you ordered. Check the size guide on each product page before you buy.
- An item you changed your mind about.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
